同样的食材可是为什么每次煮的味道都不一样的呢?是记忆退化了吗? 还是记下来较靠谱。要不然每当煮出好吃的菜肴时,孩子就会嚷:妈妈,要把这料理记下来哦!想想也对啦,不能做个懒妈妈了。虽然汉语拼音对我这个妈妈来说挺吃力的,为了靠谱,只好把一粒粒的字打出来。

咸鱼焖鸡肉 Braised Chicken With Salted Fish
材料 :
鸡腿 3只(斩块)
咸鱼 2大匙 (煎香)
蒜头 6辨 (拍扁)
大葱头 3粒 (切块)
辣椒干 6条 (剪段)*喜辣可加2-4条
调味料 :
1 大匙白糖
1 大匙耗油
1 大匙生抽
1 大匙辣椒酱
1 大匙黑酱油
1/2 大匙麻油
做法 :
1)鸡肉拌入调味料拌匀,腌3小时。
2)烧热油,将蒜头炒香,加入,辣可椒干,大葱头,炒香。
3)加入鸡肉炒香,转小火焖15分钟,时而翻炒。
4)加入咸鱼大火炒至微干即成。

Braised Chicken With Salted Fish
Ingredients :
chicken whole leg 3pcs(cut in pcs)
fried salted fish 2 tbsp
garlic 6 pips (hit flat)
onion 3(cut in pcs)
dried chillies 6-8 (cut in short lengths)
seasoning :
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tbsp chillies sauce
1 tbsp dark soya sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Method :
1) Mix chicken with seasoning and marinate for 3 hours.
2) Heat up oil, add in garlic, dried chillies and onion.
3) Add in chicken and stir well, simmer in low heat for 15 min.
4) Lastly add in salted fish and stir-fry untill the sauce has thickened. Done.
